Zvezda M503 Radial Engine Original Drawing

This is a drawing of a blueprint for a 42 cylinder 7 bank radial maritime engine. I found the design on a website about Marine Engineering. I redrew the blueprint and added the linear background to increase the contrast. 

The original drawing is 14"x17", hand drawn using a 0.25 mm Rapidograph pen and black India ink. The initial design was created using a pencil, compass, ruler and protractor. Once the design is created, the final image is drawn free-hand over the pencil drawing in ink. 

All prints are printed in the U.S. on archival quality acid-free paper. They are delivered with an acid-free mat board suitable to use for framing. 

Metal prints are printed in the U.S. on a 1/16" aluminum sheet and come mounted with a metal easel or float mount so they are ready to display as soon as they arrive. The metal brings a depth to the drawing and looks amazing.
