We want you to love your artwork. If you have any trouble with your shipment, just let me know.
I manage payment through Shopify which provides worry-free payment through a variety of options. You can use any credit card, PayPal, and other options. I do not collect or store ANY payment information.
Damaged or lost prints
If your prints are damaged during shipment, I will send you a replacement for no additional charge. If you think your order is lost in the mail, let me know. I will check with my printer and look into the tracking information. If your order got lost, I will send you a replacement for no additional charge.
You may return any print for a refund within 15 days, no questions asked. You will be responsible for return shipping costs for any returned items.
Free economy shipping for orders over $70
You may select free shipping for orders over $70. I will send qualifying orders via economy shipping (7-10 days). If your order is over $70, but you need faster shipping than 7-10 days, please use standard or expedited shipping.

Purchasing original artwork
If you’d like to buy an original, framed piece of artwork, contact me to coordinate shipping. I will work with you to find the best shipping option for your area. A signature will be required for all original art.
Right now, I only offer automated ordering and shipping to customers within the United States. If you live outside the US and would like to purchase some prints, please contact me. I’ll look into shipping costs and policies to your country and will work something out if possible.
